We Are Committed To
Affirming
Our practice warmly welcomes individuals who identify as queer and neurodivergent. We strive to create a therapy space that embraces all aspects of your identity, recognizing that politics, gender identity, sexual orientation, and racism have a profound impact on mental health.
Getting Curious
We believe embracing curiosity empowers us to question societal and generational messages we have internalized as objective truths over a lifetime in order to keep what resonates and release what doesn't. This process fosters freedom, understanding, and self-compassion.
Accepting
Embracing and expressing our true self takes steady strength. We provide the secure space necessary for meaningful exploration and authenticity, fostering a genuine connection between you and your therapist. With curiosity at the forefront, there is not room for judgment or shame.
Bloom’s online therapy offers flexible, expert mental health care for busy professionals and parents in North Carolina. Access support from the comfort of your home, making it easier to prioritize self-care, improve well-being, and strike the balance needed in your packed schedule.
Anxiety can be overwhelming and isolating, but you don’t have to face it alone. Our therapists bring lived experience and decades of expertise in treating anxiety, helping most clients feel real relief in less than 90 days after starting counseling.
Therapy and coaching for parents provide the tools to gain life-changing outcomes for your family. Get insights and practical strategies to confidently navigate the challenges of raising neurodivergent, emotionally intense, or highly sensitive children.
Our therapists specialize in addressing chronic or neurodivergent burnout caused by systemic challenges, helping you identify, understand, and process these underlying issues. Through this work, you’ll achieve lasting relief and regain the energy to be the engaged parent, partner, and friend you know you can be.
Are you curious about your own neurodivergence? If you were labeled ‘gifted’ as a child, struggled with social or emotional expectations, or were called sensitive or ‘too much,’ exploring neurodivergence could be life-changing. Living undiagnosed in a neurotypical world profoundly impacts mental wellness, and understanding it can open the door to healing and growth.
Engaging in self-discovery work can provide invaluable insights and tools to break free from overwhelm and burnout. By addressing patterns like people-pleasing, perfectionism, or recurring anger, you can shift your views on self and your home/work roles, securing a better balance and leading a more fulfilling life. Bloom clinicians are highly skilled in facilitating this transformative journey for clients.

Your care, your rules: You get so much more autonomy in your care—more say in your goals, how often you’d like to meet, and how long therapy lasts. There is no meddling insurance company dictating our session limits or what we focus on.
No diagnosis necessary: Skip the formal diagnosis if that isn’t what you’re looking for. Insurance billing REQUIRES a mental health diagnosis be given for each and every client while private pay means no DSM labels are required. We focus on you, not the documentation.
Privacy-first ethical care: Your personal details stay just that—personal. No information is shared with insurance EVER (unless you opt into reimbursement) so our focus stays where it should: on you and your well-being.
Steady care, no surprises: Whether your insurance changes or even disappears, your therapy stays consistent. Stability in mental health support? Check.
Faster, flexible scheduling: Jump to the front of the line! We aren’t inundated with mass referrals from insurance companies meaning our clients find us. Private pay lets us keep things simple, allowing you to get started as soon as you’re ready.
Therapist well-being = better care for you: The simplicity private pay provides therapists reduces job stress and increases job satisfaction. This means these are the therapists who get to show up for you fully each and every session. Rest easy knowing you’ve found the ones who are worth it.
