Our clinicians are client-centered and collaborative. We believe that the client holds their own answers deep down and that our role is to facilitate the discovery work to help you understand and overcome what all is at play keeping you from living your most authentic, fulfilling life.

Our Services

Our online therapy platform extends a lifeline to busy professionals and parents, providing them with flexible access to our expert mental health care right from their homes, empowering them to prioritize self-care amidst their demanding schedules for enhanced well-being and productivity. Bloom provides telehealth across North Carolina.

Anxiety can be relentless, debilitating, and isolating. The longer we attempt to self-manage symptoms from anxiety, the further into these spaces we will fall. Many clients experience significant symptom relief within the first 90 days of counseling.

Therapy and coaching for parents will help you develop and implement appropriate expectations, effective communication, and pinpoint your self-care needs. Clients can expect to gain life-changing insights and strategies for navigating the challenges of raising intense or highly-sensitive children.

Our therapists who specialize in burnout are here to support you in navigating the heavy thoughts and feelings that can constantly weigh you down. Through this work, you will gain new energy and vitality, bringing you to be the engaged parent, partner, and friend you’ve always wanted to be.

Do you suspect you may be ADHD, Autistic, or AuDHD? Were you labeled ‘gifted’ in childhood, but struggled with achieving? As we are just now beginning to truly understand the impact neurodivergence has on those of us navigating a neurotypical world, counseling and coaching is an essential support for growth and healing.

Engaging in self-discovery work can provide invaluable insights and tools to break free from the cycle of overwhelm and burnout, equipping you to shift your views on self and your home/work roles in order to secure a better balance and lead amore fulfilling life. Bloom clinicians are highly skilled and in facilitating this journey for our clients.

Your Therapists

We Are Committed To

Affirming

Our practice warmly welcomes individuals who identify as queer and neurodivergent. We strive to create a therapy space that embraces all aspects of your identity, recognizing that politics, gender identity, sexual orientation, and racism have a profound impact on mental health.

Getting Curious

We believe there is a great deal of power in embracing curiosity about the intergenerational and societal messages we have absorbed as truth. It's important to carefully consider what still resonates with us and what is no longer helpful. By delving into these messages, we gain a newfound sense of freedom, understanding, and self-compassion, both for ourselves and the person we used to be

Accepting

There is incredible strength in embracing and expressing our true selves. We are committed to offering a secure space for clients to explore and experience this process. We genuinely appreciate the opportunity to be authentic with you as both a therapist and a fellow human being. You deserve a therapist who truly listens and engages with your journey
