Specialties in Therapy:
Allison works with a select group of high-achieving, deeply empathetic individuals who are navigating burnout, self-doubt, and/or a desire for deeper alignment in their lives. Her clients are introspective, driven, and often curious about their unique neurocomplex wiring (think late-discovered ADHD, anxiety, autism, or giftedness) that may be impacting their relationships, professional experiences, and overall fulfillment.
Her approach is highly individualized and collaborative. Through emotional exploration and a neurodiversity-informed framework, Allison helps clients fully understand and integrate their specific neuroprofiles into their self-narratives. This process often leads to increased energy from less masking, less self-criticism, and a more congruent understanding of self. Secondary outcomes from this process are improvements in relationships, enhanced personal fulfillment, and living with more authenticity and confidence.
Therapeutic Approach:
Allison integrates several modalities into her sessions, including:
Coherence Therapy: To uncover and transform outdated emotional learnings.
Internal Family Systems (IFS): For understanding and harmonizing internal parts that hold emotional learnings.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): To help clients navigate challenges with values-based action.
Relational and Humanistic Approaches: Creating a safe, collaborative, and affirming environment.
Sessions are a blend of emotional exploration and practical application, allowing clients to bring insights into real-world contexts such as relationships, work, and parenting.
