You’ve tried it all.
The planners. The systems. The self-help books.
Maybe even therapy that almost got it, but left you circling the same patterns.
And now you’re stuck wondering why none of it actually works for you.
Even though it feels like it, I promise you aren't alone.
Most personal growth tools weren’t built for brains like yours.
They were built for neurotypical nervous systems. For linear thinkers. For people who don’t need to know the why behind every decision they make.
But you? You’ve always been wired differently. And that’s not a flaw.
It’s your superpower. You’ve just been gaslit out of trusting it.
That ends for good inside The Hub.
tired of Feeling stuck
in cycles of burnout
+ overwhelm?
I’m Allison. I'm a licensed therapist specializing in neurodivergence and someone who knows firsthand what it’s like to navigate the world with high-masking AuDHD.
I’ve spent years unlearning the shame, the impossible expectations, and the burnout cycle that comes from trying to fit into systems that were never designed for brains like ours.
Through my work with hundreds of neurodivergent clients, I’ve seen the same struggles repeat over and over: the executive dysfunction that makes even simple tasks feel impossible, the deep exhaustion from masking and over-adapting, and the constant fear of “not doing enough".
What I can tell you for sure is that survival mode isn’t where your story ends.
I built The Divergent Collaborative Hub because it’s exactly what I needed when I was first starting to unravel my own patterns, years ago.
Not another “fix yourself” plan riddled with shame and unreachable standards, but a home base. A toolbox. A place that actually makes sense for a neurospicy minds like yours.
This isn’t a rigid self-improvement program.
It’s a therapist-created, research-backed community designed to help you work with your natural rhythms—not against them.
I see you.
Because
I am you.
Current Therapy Client
"Allison saw me in a way I didn’t even know I needed to be seen. She didn’t just throw generic coping strategies at me. She helped me understand my brain, my patterns, and why I was struggling in the first place. She guided me through unmasking, setting realistic expectations for myself, and learning to trust my own experience instead of feeling like I had to rely on external validation to prove my struggles were real. Working with her has completely shifted my life...
like, second-life change level."
Current Therapy Client
"I had been in and out of therapy for years, always feeling like I had to explain myself to people who just didn’t hear me. This is the first space where I’ve felt like I didn’t have to fight to translate my experience to a provider. The tools Allison provides are spot on. Nothing is about "fixing me", but about how I can work with my brain's natural operating system. This is the first time I’ve had real hope that things can actually be easier."
Current Therapy Client
"I came in thinking I just needed some executive function tips, but what I actually got was a whole new way of seeing myself. The way Allison breaks things down just clicks."
what people
are saying:
It's REALLY simple.
The Divergent Collaborative is designed by a late-diagnosed AuDHD therapist who works exclusively with ND clients. It's the difference between receiving support from a clinician who is informed in ND-affirming practices and one who is both informed, and lives and breathes it.
Here, we know you’re not lazy or broken.
You’re navigating executive dysfunction, sensory overwhelm, identity unmasking, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and decision fatigue—all while holding everyone else’s emotions like it’s your freakin' job.
You’ve been performing stability for years.
The Hub allows you to actually feel it.
We teach and do things differently:
We do not hustle... we genuinely reclaim energy.
We do not mask... we unlearn shame permanently.
We do not force structure... we help each other design lives that work with our natural rhythms.
And we do not ever tell you to “just try harder.”
We teach you how to try more informed, more gentle, and more... on your own terms.
